Shipping policy

Shipping times vary depending on the product. If a product is in stock, it typically ships within 5-7 days. For pre-orders, shipping information is included on the product page but typically takes 2-4 weeks. 

All orders ship via USPS or UPS. Once you get tracking information, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become available.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after leaving our shop, or incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers. If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at info@domandbomb.com, or call or text 509-241-8101. If we have not shipped your order, we may be able to update the shipping address, but we cannot guarantee this. Customers should double check their billing and shipping information before submitting an order.

If you entered the wrong shipping address and your item(s) was/were shipped, you are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier and locating your package. If the package with the incorrect shipping address is returned to dom+bomb, we can arrange a second shipment with you. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping charges related to an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer. Additionally, dom+bomb staff are not available to go to a shipping carrier location to obtain a shipment due to an incorrect address being entered by a customer.
